HEALTH PLAN
KC PCIT is considered an out of network provider and does not participate in any health insurance or managed care company plans. This means KC PCIT does not file claims on your behalf or negotiate rates with insurance companies. If you are planning to use your insurance, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance company directly as well as understand the insurance policies for out of network reimbursement.

HSA and FSA cards may be used for payment of services.
Upon your request, a statement/receipt will be provided including all information necessary to receive reimbursement from your insurance company. It is your responsibility to submit and receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. ​
THERAPY FEES
Therapy sessions will be billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $50 per 15 minutes. A typical session will last 45 minutes and be billed at $150.
​Other treatment-related services: School visits, collaboration with professionals, phone calls and travel time will be billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $50 for each increment.
