What will this book group look like?

• The group will discuss chapters from Anxious Generation each meeting with guided questions provided ahead of time.

• The group will meet for four sessions every other week.

• This group will be for parents only with no childcare availability.

• This group will be therapist-led with encouragement of group engagement and participation to reflect on personal, family, and community growth.

• Parents will be provided with a reflective therapy tool to utilize following book discussions to promote further family engagement.
